Cancellation within Initial 30 Days of Purchasing Funnel Hacker Lab
Customers may cancel their Funnel Hacker Lab subscription within the initial 30 days of signing up. To initiate cancellation and be eligible for a full refund, please email us at

Cancellation after Initial 30 Days of Purchasing Funnel Hacker Lab
Payments made after the initial 30 days are nonrefundable. We do not offer credits or refunds for partially used subscriptions. However, upon cancellation, you will retain access to Funnel Hacker Lab until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you time to complete any ongoing projects or activities within the platform. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days if you cancel after the initial 30 days.
Notice Period for Monthly Subscribers
Monthly subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time after the initial 30 days. Your monthly payment is charged on the same day each month, corresponding with your subscription start date. If you wish to cancel, please provide written notice at least 30 days in advance of your desired cancellation date. If the notice is received within 29 days of your billing date, the final payment will be charged, ensuring your account remains active during this period.
Cancellation under 12-Month Agreement
If you're under a 12-month agreement, please initiate cancellation by emailing us at
. After receipt of your cancellation notification, you will need to complete and sign an 'Early Termination Request Form,' which outlines early termination fees. These fees are equivalent to two months' worth of service charges, calculated by doubling your monthly subscription fee. All funds paid up until the cancellation date, including the early termination fee, are forfeited. Upon successful cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Account Transfer and Snapshot Creation
If you wish to transfer your data to another platform and create a duplicate account elsewhere, there is a $69 transfer fee. This fee includes creating a snapshot download link and exporting your contacts. To request this service, please email

Full Snapshot Build-Out
If you decide to stop the subscription after a snapshot is fully built out, we will not be able to transfer it unless the full value price of the snapshot, which is $2500, is paid from the subscription. This ensures that all the resources and efforts invested in building out the snapshot are fairly compensated.
Data Retention and Account Reactivation
Upon cancellation, you have a 3-day window to reactivate your account without losing data. After 3 days, all data will be permanently deleted. It's your responsibility to transfer or remove all media assets, customer lists, configured features, funnels, websites, and phone numbers before the 3-day period ends. Once deleted, data cannot be retrieved. You can also opt for our account parking service to retain access to your data.
Account Parking Option
Subscribers can park their account for a fee of $40/month to retain data. This option is available for up to 6 months. During this time, access to the account is restricted, and reactivation is required to resume full functionality. If the parking fee is
